Plants
Plants are the organisms within the kingdom Plantae. The three primary groupings of plants are land plants, green plants and archaeplastida. We use plants for food, usable fibers (like cloth), ornamentation and scientific study, known as botany. Plants produce their own food and energy through photosynthesis. Plants capture light energy by using chlorophyll. In addition, plants are often the base source of energy in most ecosystems. The video collection underneath will help you learn more about plants.
