Accreditation

Rasmussen College is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

The health information technician program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education.

Academics

Through Rasmussen College's online programs, students can earn Bachelor of Science, Associate of Applied Science, and Associate of Science degrees. Students may also earn diplomas and certificates in a variety of career-focused areas.

Rasmussen's online academic program is structured in four schools: Through these schools, students can obtain degrees in accounting, business administration, financial investigations, banking, homeland security, marketing, child development and web design.

Admission

Rasmussen College Online applicants must meet the basic requirement of having a high school diploma or GED. From there, the requirements for each program vary. International applicants should score 500 or more on the TOEFL or its equivalent on the computer-based exam.
